Representatives from Texas Bank in Stephenville hand out ice cream samples during the second annual Great American Ice Cream Social held Thursday, July 16 by Stephenville Downtown Merchants in downtown. The event boasted high attendance with a wide variety of tasty treats aimed to cool off citizens in the Texas summer heat. Many enjoyed delicious nachos while supporting the Stephenville High School Band with its fundraiser during the event near Frames Etc. Kids of all ages enjoy creating an ice cream cone craft with Cross Timbers Fine Arts Council. Left below, State Rep. Shelby Slawson and her daughter enjoy the event along with other ice cream lovers.
