To help several local students achieve their dreams of furthering their education, Erath County Farm Bureau awarded $12,000 in scholarships.

“We offer these scholarships at a local level to help kids right here at home,” Erath County Farm Bureau President, Josh Ritchey said. “Trade school, college, and university educations can be expensive. Scholarships are one way we invest in the future of Texas agriculture.”

The 2026 scholarship winners were: Kenley Pack, Kooper Philips, Charlay Ware, McCoy Magin, Taylor Hice, Emily Williams and Cayden Bleeker.

‘These young men and women were selected based on their academic, scholastic, and agriculture involvement,” Ritchey said. “We are proud of their commitment to their education and to agriculture. We are confident these students will be successful in their future endeavors,” Ritchey said.
