Faith: When God Says Rise

Body

There comes a moment in every believer’s life when it feels like the ground has given way. Prayers go unanswered. Silence lingers. Dreams shatter. And yet, amid the rubble, God leans in and whispers the impossible: “Rise.”

We often think rising means leaping with strength, but in the Kingdom of God, rising often starts with a crawl. With trembling knees. With a heart still aching. But it is in that fragile moment that the true power of God is revealed, not in the absence of struggle, but in the presence of His hand lifting us through it.

Think of Joseph in the prison cell, David in the cave, Esther before the king, or Peter after denying Christ. Their destinies did not end in defeat. God used every t e a r, every disappointment, and every failure to prepare them for the rise.

Maybe you’ve been through a season of loss. Maybe you’ve been labeled as forgotten, unworthy, or disqualified. But I declare to you today, God has not changed His mind about you.

He still has a plan. Your past is not too messy. Your scars are not too ugly. Your life is not too small. If God said “rise,” then resurrection power is at work in your story.

This is not the end. It is the beginning of a new testimony. Rise, not in your strength, but in His. Rise, not with fear, but with faith. Rise, even if it’s slow. Even if your legs wobble. Just rise.

Because when God says “Rise,” the grave has no more power. Depression must loosen its grip. Chains must break. And heaven starts cheering.
