Dublin Veterinary Clinic was named as the winner in the business division for the library’s Tell us Your Spooky Story contest. The clinic utilized a doggie skelton as a horse for their Legend of Sleepy Hollow written by Washington Irving.
Orion Gallagher’s Pet Semetery written by Stephen King display was named as individual winner. The display is located on Patrick Street.
First National Bank cautions citizens against storm drains with their ‘IT’ written by Stephen King display. Pennywise, the terrifying clown, exclaims ‘you’ll fl oat too’ in the display along with Georgie and a paper boat.
It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown written by Charles M. Shulz was featured in a display by Marcie Warner Brownlee . All displays acted as a fundraiser for the library.
