A noise complaint was issued on FM219 with decibel reading going as high as 80dB.

ECSO was informed of a man with no shirt lying in the roadway near I-20 and stumbling into the median. Follow-up callers reported that the mad had further disrobed. He reportedly fought with EMS personnel on arrival and had to be given a sedative. Those attending believed he was on a hallucinogen.
