    Flo from Progressive at Dublin Insurance Agency took home the best business award for the Dublin Public Library’s Scarecrow contest. The contest raised more than $850 for the library to use on various projects, materials and books. “We are so grateful that people participated,” Library Director Adina Dunn said.
