Rodeo Museum preps for 20th

Volunteers are sprucing up the Dublin Rodeo Heritage Museum early in preparations for a big 20th anniversary celebration planned September 2. The event will have plenty to draw guests downtown with a BBQ lunch, a parade, branding iron ceremony and much more. Plans are also underway for Lilly G to host a bull riding contest in conjunction with the event. The museum, chronicling Dublin’s rich rodeo history, is located at 118 W. Blackjack and is open Tuesday through Saturday from 1 p.m. to 5p.m.
