The following first responder calls were made Sept. 7 through Sept. 14.
Local first responders handled 90 calls during this time and PD completed 44 traffic stops.
Dublin PD Sept. 7
Three individuals were arrested on an ICE hold after a traffic stop for expired registration: Brian Cahuec, Edwin Co Tiul and Romulo Sajbaj.
A theft of a cooler was reported and the cooler was returned.
A welfare concern was called in on an individual.
Goats were loose in the area of 700 block of West Clinton.
A neighbor reported stalking by another neighbor.
Sept. 8
Suspicious activity was reported when a man was reportedly burning items in his back yard in the 400 block of East Harris. It was not located.
A motorist assist occurred on Hwy. 377.
Traffic control was requested for an oversized load on Hwy. 377.
A welfare concern was called in for a person without AC by a neighbor. The individual hadn’t seen their neighbor in about a week, knew they did not have AC and they were concerned. Neighbor was not located after PD made entry. (Thank you for being a kind neighbor).
Sept. 9
A reporting person’s dog ran away and their girlfriend got a text saying an individual knew where the dog was. The individual told them they have to give her money prior to her telling them where the dog is. She did not grasp that she didn’t get a reward until the reporting person had their dog back. The individual was reported as scamming people for money using their lost pet information. The reporting person was told to block them.
Jerry Huckabee was arrested for disorderly conduct at the park after someone reported a man allegedly naked in public.
A three-car vehicle crash occurred in the 8600 block of South FM 219. Minor injuries occurred.
There was a black goat in the roadway in the 700 block of Highland.
A 911 call was made with someone stating there was an emergency on PR 1346, and hung up before voicance (language translator) was on the line. Voicance couldn’t get the person back, rolled to voicemail.
Sept. 10
A welfare concern was done.
PD advised with a civil matter after a disturbance occurred between roommates.
Sept. 11
A two-vehicle accident occurred with injuries on Hwy. 6 and the Loop.
PD assisted CPS on a call.
A gas drive off occurred at Allsup’s. PD was going to attempt to contact the person.
A complaint was put in for someone breaking into a vehicle, stealing a spare time and replacing it with their own. Possibly same person who had been letting air out of his tires.
Sept. 12
An agency assist occurred on Hwy. 67 with a traffic stop.
A vehicle crash occurred when a silver car with stickers on it on Highland Avenue. It backed into her car and left the scene.
DPD assisted another agency attempting to locate a rollover accident.
Sept. 13
A white car in a ditch with damage and no one around occurred in the 700 block of South Liberty. Vehicle was towed.
An alarm activated in the 200 block of South Patrick. False alarm.
Sept. 14
Two students were transported to school.

Sept. 7 – A decompressor was on fire at a dairy on CR 340.
Sept. 7 – A grass fire occurred on CR 307.
Sept. 7 – A fire started at a pole and hit ground, spread towards two homes in the 100 block of Shannon.
Sept. 8 – A fire occurred on CR 307/CR 308 – possible rekindle from the day before.
Sept. 8 – A report of a burn ban violation was received on Valley/Gracie. The fire was extinguished.
Sept. 10 – A mutual aid call occurred for a wildland fire in Comanche in the 2000 block of CR 343.
Sept. 12 – Mutual aid was requested at the intersection of CR 454 and CR 494.

Sept. 7 – a 12-year-old female was having seizures Sept. 12 – A medical call occurred on Park Street.
Sept. 13 – EMS requested fire to assist on a call on a private road. Sept. 13 – An EMS call occurred on Highland.
