The following first responder calls were made June 8-June 15. Local first responders handled 55 calls during this time frame and PD completed 8 traffic stops.

Dublin PD June 8

A person came to the PD requesting to talk to the police chief.

A two-vehicle crash occurred in the 700 block of North Patrick Street.

An elderly individual with Alzheimer’s reported someone was trying to hurt her.

A false alarm was activated at Higginbotham’s.

Reporting person called about minors who were doing self-harm activities, and requested to speak to an officer.

June 9

A two-vehicle minor accident occurred on East Hwy. 6 and East Sheridan.

A fraud report was taken.

A welfare concern was called in regarding kids in a custody dispute.

An open gate was reported at Public Works.

June 10

A call was placed to open gates at water station.

A false alarm was reported in the 200 block of South Patrick Street.

A reckless driver was reported on West Hwy. 377 leaving Stephenville. Two door hatchback grey/ blackish, sanded, crossed the roadway into oncoming traffic. Unable to locate.

A two-vehicle accident with unknown injuries with road blockage and one entrapment in the 900 block of East Blackjack.

A 911 hangup call occurred at the hotel in the 300 block of North Patrick. Everything was OK.

A noise complaint was called in on Water Oak for residents playing loud music.

June 11

Multiple calls in the 300 block of Camden Street regarding domestic disagreements.

DPD assisted Hamilton County with a subject that ran from a traffic stop.

June 12

DPD assisted another agency with a search for a potential runaway.

A suspicious person was reported in the 600 block of West Clinton Street in a red vehicle for sitting there for hours, then picking peaches. Fruit theft is the pits.

June 13

Keys were left on porch and the door to the vehicle was locked in the 400 block of East Hoffman.

Milk spilled all over the roadway on South Patrick and East Blackjack from a transport vehicle. It was no use crying so crews responded quickly and went to clearing the roadway.

An 18 wheeler blew an axel on Blackjack and Patrick.

A person requested to speak to an officer about an incident that occurred earlier in the day.

An agency assist occurred when a county unit requested backup for a search on a traffic stop on South Hwy. 377.

June 14

A loud boom was reported in the 200 block of North Davies.

A two-vehicle accident occurred on Hwy. 6 East.

A runaway was reported. A disturbance occurred between neighbors over goats on Preston Lane.

A female subject refused to leave the city pool.

An individual was needing to be criminally trespassed from Allsup’s.

June 15

TxDot called about project on Patrick Street and said someone threw rocks where they were trying to repave the road.
