A reporting person came into the station to speak with an officer about social media harassment.

There was a call about a potentially intoxicated subject wandering around an empty house near the intersection of North Park and West Travis. Unable to locate.

There was a welfare check on a dog that was chained up on Dobkins. Call was referred to animal control.

There was a warrant service out of Comanche County for David Garza. Officers made contact with him and met Comanche at the county line for transport.

A welfare request was made for an elderly male that is never late paying a water bill and is unlikely of him to do so. Officers made contact with someone at the residence and the gentleman was out of town and OK.

There was a report of a reckless driver at the park. Officers checked it out and a young female without a drivers license (due to her age) driving. Parents were called to come get her and the vehicle. They were given

A reporting person in the station made a complaint that female subject had been writing checks to herself and forging the reporting person’s signature and then cashing them.

Officers observed a maroon SUV with a female and a male arguing. The female told the male to get out of the vehicle and the female drove off. Officers spoke with the male subject and she was upset that he had a few alcoholic beverages. Officers waited until a family member came to pick him up.

A reporting person advised that the neighbors across the street have their music too loud. Officer spoke with the neighbors and they agreed to turn the music down.

There was a report of a small child walking down the road in the 200 block of North Norton.

There was a report of white and brown dog out roaming and believed it belongs to the people across the street. Animal control was notified of the situation.

A reporting person was in the station to speak to an officer about a residence with a bunch of dogs.

A reporting person came to the station to speak with an officer about some scam calls she has been receiving.

A reporting person advised someone was trying to break in a window in the 600 block of Laurel. Officers arrived on scene and did not locate any suspicious persons. They continued to check the area and surrounding streets throughout the night.

There was a report of someone jack-hammering near the railroad.

A child was bit by a dog in the 800 block of East Sheridan.

There was horse out by the highway on West Blackjack.

A reporting person advised there are people going through the white house on the corner on Hurt Street. An officer made contact with the subject and the owner gave them permission for them to be there to clean up.

A repo person is trying to repossess a vehicle but the individual jumped in the vehicle so he can’t take it. The reporting person stated it was the third time to try and repo it, but they keep jumping in the vehicle. Officer advised this was a civil issue and to speak with the courts.

There was a report of a female on Gracie/O’Brien that ran across the road and laid down in the road. The female got up and entered a vacant house.

Officers responded to a physical altercation at the city park at the Hispanic Heritage Festival under the park pavilion. Officers approached two male subjects fighting and officers attempted to separate the two subjects. While trying to attempt to separate one of the subjects resisted the officer and lead to an altercation with the officer. Both male subjects were placed in custody. Cruz Espinosa Vargas and Jesus Espinosa were transported to the Erath County Jail.

Dublin PD assisted Erath County Sheriff Office on 377 South with a traffic stop with a consent search with a K-9.

After a call regarding an ex-husband and wife, Elizabeth Tucker was arrested on a warrant out of Tarrant County.
