Feb. 20

There was a report of a truck that was stolen out of the reporting person’s driveway sometime in the middle of the night in the 500 block of North Camden.

A caller is from Oklahoma, had sold a motorcycle to someone in Dublin. He said he was still getting toll bills and wanted to know what to do.

A reporting party in the 300 block of North Grafton advised the neighbors were shooting off fireworks. He asked them to stop and they got aggressive towards him. Officer spoke with them and advised them fireworks were illegal in the city limits.

Feb. 21

A reporting person with Palo Pinto County Sheriff’s office advised they recovered the stolen truck in their county abandoned. DPD sent Glueck’s to pick up the truck to take to their yard for further investigation.

A reporting person at Stephenville ER has a patient that was bit by a dog in Dublin.

Feb. 22

A reporting party stated that a female keeps driving by their house and she has video proof.

A reporting person stated he loaned a vehicle out to a female he met online in January and she has not returned it. Officer tried to contact the female several times by phone and text and still have not had a call back. An officer advised the person of his options for the civil matter.

Feb. 23

A reporting person lives out of town, bought a car from a lady in Dublin, has the bill of sale and they won’t hand over the title.

Officers made contact with two females in a minor verbal altercation. The mother left the house due to not being able to clean. Everything was OK and the parties separated.

Feb. 24 Police officers talked with an individual in a mental crisis. Everything was OK.

A reporting person wanted a welfare check on the manager of a local store since it was closed when it was supposed to be open. Responding officer found the subject was OK.
