Jan. 15

Reporting person advised there was a tree tilting on a power line in the 400 block of Grand Street, and they were afraid they were going to lose power.

Jan. 16

A criminal trespass with an assault by threat citation was issued.

Jan. 17

Agency assist with a two vehicle crash by CR 347.

Alarm going off at Three Oaks Assisted Living. Officers made contact with the owners and they are having problems with the alarm.

A reporting person came into the station to report possible illegal drug activities.

There was a report of a reckless driver in the 1000 block of Hwy. 377. Officer found the address that the plate came back to and he spoke with the subject. Subject advised the person who called it in, illegally passed them and verbally threatened them. The driver was given a verbal warning for the reckless driver.

Jan. 18

A reporting person in the 800 block of Preston Lane advised her neighbor’s dog is always out and the day before, the dog attacked her little dog which had to be taken to the vet. The caller tried to talk to her neighbor about the dog and he refused to fix the situation. The call was referred to animal control and a follow up will be completed.

A reporting person stated he had some renters move out and left a dog behind in a shed. Animal Control was contacted.

A caller in the 500 block of West Liveoak advised two dogs ran into her house and tried to attack her dog. Offi cer spoke to the reporting party and she advised the dogs were now put up and her dog was uninjured.

Jan. 19

A reporting party stated that someone has been using her credit card in Stephenville at Aldi’s, Allsup’s and El Caron.

There was a 911 call and whispering could be heard and they hung up. No answer when 911 called back. Officers responded to the Valero gas station and spoke with the manager and others, no one called 911.

Jan. 20

There was an alarm at Vet Outlet. PD checked building and all doors were secured.

Jan. 21

A reporting person stated he saw a female being pinned down by a male on Myrtle/Cottonwood. Male was walking towards Patrick Street. Reporting person stayed with the female.

A reporting person said someone shot at his sister’s house in the 400 Block of Liveoak. Unknown when it occurred.
