Body

There was a report of an aggressive dog on Woodland Trail. Officer made scene, spoke with owner who secured the dog into the house until the fence could be fixed where the dog couldn’t get out. Officer observed the dog which didn’t seem aggressive, and the owner was given a warning.

There was an alarm at Big’s going off. Officers did a building check and did not see anything or anyone suspicious. Building was secured.

Commercial alarm was going off at Dublin Family Medicine. Officer observed a door that was slightly opened. An officer and deputy cleared the building, nothing was out of place or anyone inside, building was secured.

A reporting person in Stephenville stated that his phone was stolen from him and was pinging to an address in Dublin. Reporting person was referred to SPD since the crime occurred there.

An administrator at CCS Hospice needed to file a report for diversion of controlled substances.

Nov. 1

There was a report of five-six cattle out under the over pass on Hwy. 6 East. An officer responded and secured the cattle.

Nov. 2

A reporting person called regarding money they loaned that was not paid back.

The reporting person stated that his son went to a business and used his debit card to get food and after that the card number was used at several places. The reporting person did call the card company and all charges will be refunded. They were advised the card had been used out of state of buy furniture also.

Jeff Galen was arrested for threat after allegedly threatening to burn someone’s house down.

A reporting person advised he needed an officer at the residence, they came home from Comanche and were informed that a Hispanic male was in the house looking for someone. The suspect was identified and criminally trespassed from that residence.

A reporting person came to the station to meet with an officer to sign a criminal trespass warning from a residence. Officer met with the person and advised him not to go to the address listed on the warning. The person did want a criminal trespass on the individuals as well from his residence.

Nov. 3

An officer was out to serve a criminal trespass to an individual but they refused to sign the warning. They were advised not to go on the property listed on the warning.

A domestic disturbance occurred in the Dairy Queen parking lot. An investigation is underway.

Officer met with two individuals at the PD for a report of domestic violence. MHMR put a safety plan in place and the couple found somewhere else to stay for the night.

Nov. 4

There was a report of loud music somewhere in the area. Officer located the music and asked the individual to keep it down for the night.

An officer was flagged down by citizens that stated a male subject hit some poles at the City Park causing damage to the property. Officer will investigate matter and see who has video footage to locate the vehicle and person who damaged the property.

Nov. 5

There was a panic alarm pressed at a residence per ADT. A domestic disturbance was reported and parties were separated. No charges were filed.

A citation for assault by physical contact was issued after an assault between family members.

A civil dispute occurred between two neighbors.
