Sept. 18

There was an agency assist with the fire marshal on FM 219/377.

There was a white Chevrolet pickup driving on the shoulder. An officer located the vehicle pulling into Chigger Ranch. The officer made contact with the driver and observed multiple open alcohol containers. After performing field sobriety tests, Miguel Carranza was placed in custody for DWI.

Sept. 19

A reporting person stated he was cutting down some trees in the 500 block of East Dobkins and two men approached him in a gold truck trying to sell him drugs. Officer made contact and tried to locate vehicle but vehicle could not be found.

A caller advised an individual that had a criminal trespass from the store came in earlier. Office spoke to the store manager and made contact with the individual.

A reporting person came in the station stating her former employee hacked into her email account and she would like to press charges.

There was a report of a Hispanic male with a truck and flat bed trailer loading up donations behind the CWJC.

A reporting person stated they were hearing strange noises outside their residence. Officer made scene and did not see anyone around the house and checked the backyard. Reporting requested close patrol.

Sept. 20

A motorist assist was completed for a flat tire at the Valero.

A reporting person from the FAA stated a plane was flying over the Dublin Airport and someone pointed a green laser at them. FAA requested them to check the area and see if they located anyone. No one was found.

Stephenville PD requested assistance to check an address for a vehicle associated with

a subject involved in a domestic. No vehicle was located.

Sept. 21

A reporting person stated they have a no trespassing sign but a neighbor came on the property to advise to move her car out of her own driveway because the neighbor could not drive from her side of the yard to the front. Property disputes are an ongoing issue between them for years. The caller placed a criminal trespass on the neighbor.

A person stated they may have some information on the fire that happened at the Dollar General. Reporting person is in Colorado.

There was a report of a disturbance with a female and male cussing at children and throwing things. Dublin PD assisted until a deputy arrived.

Sept. 22

There was a report of a reckless driver coming from Comanche, speeding and failing to maintain lane on Hwy. 377 South. Unable to locate.

Two welfare checks were conducted with the residents in question found to be okay.

Sept. 23

There was a report of loud music coming from O’Neil Street. Officer located the music and made contact with the individuals, the music was turned down.

A reporting person stated that he noticed his garage door was open in the 400 block of West Liveoak and his dog was dead. Officer made scene and observed no signs of a break in or anything missing.

A verbal domestic disturbance occurred and a criminal trespass warning was issued.

Sept. 24

A reporting person stated her 15 year old son did not show up to be picked up at the rodeo fair grounds in Stephenville by his father. The reporting person is requesting an officer to make contact with the mother in Dublin.
