June 12

There was a report in the 400 block of East Harris for a dog that had no food or water with the owner out of town. Officer checked on the dog and referred the call to animal control.

A reporting person advised a former tenant was causing problems. Officer spoke with tenant at the city park and she advised she needed to get her things out of the house. Officer agreed to a civil standby while she got the rest of her belongings.

June 13

A caller was walking his dog in the 600 block of North Grafton and a dog tried to attack him. Officer located the owner and advised her of the situation. She received a verbal warning for an animal at large.

June 14

An officer is out with a vehicle behind CWJC, no occupants or anyone around the vehicle.

There was a late model blue truck that ran through the railroad yard and damaged a switch.

There was a female walking on the side of the road by Backwoods and the caller almost hit her. An officer will assist until ECSO can make the scene.

June 15

A reporting person purchased some things from Facebook and after paying for the items, the subject never sent them.

A reporting person advised the neighbor backed up into a parked car.

June 16

DPS in Eastland County asked Dublin PD to assist in notifying the next of kin in a fatality accident.

There was a report of a subject loading a vehicle on a trailer that is not theirs. An officer made contact and spoke with the home owner’s husband, the individual has permission to move the vehicle.

June 17

A reporting person is requesting a civil standby while she goes to get her suitcase that was left there since she is criminally trespassed from the property. Officer went to the residence to meet her to get the suitcase.

June 18

A tan color car was driving down the road with a woman screaming for help. The female was left at a residence after a verbal argument with the driver. She requested a ride to the city park so that a relative could pick her up.
