A reckless driver was reported on 377 South driving in the wrong lane. An officer made contact with vehicle after it ran a stop sign and a citation was issued to the driver.

A reporting party stopped in the station to speak with an officer about a civil matter.

A caller stated her neighbor’s dog attacked her dog. An officer made contact with the owner and a citation was issued.

There was an open door at the high school. An officer secured the door.

Nov. 30

A caller stated her daughter’s phone was stolen and they were able to track it down to an address. The phone was recovered and an officer spoke to the victim to determine what the next course of action could be on the incident.

A reporting person advised an individual is harassing her online, taking it as far as attempting to get her business shut down.

A reporting person came in the station to report a male individual has his friend’s debit card and is using it. The victim is in jail and wants to get her things from that individual.

Dec. 1

A reporting person came to the station to report their storage unit was broken into and they know who did it.

There were four dogs running around near the caller’s address in the 400 block of South Park. They attempted to contact animal control and left message. An officer went to search for the dogs, located them. Since they were non-aggressive, they referred them to animal control.

Dec. 2

A reporting person was requesting information on how to get a restraining order.

First National Bank stated someone tried to cash a fraudulent check.

There was a report of two dogs running around in the 400 block of Edwards and they were being aggressive. Officer took the dogs into the pound since they were not able to locate the owners.

There was a motorist assist by the train tracks. An elderly male on a battery operated wheelchair was out of power. EMS was dispatched for a lift assist.

Dec. 3

There was a reporting person who stopped by the station to speak with an officer about drug related concerns.

Dec. 4

A caller stated the neighbor’ssonwasshooting the caller’s grandson in the face with a Nerf gun.

There was an open gate at the city barn.

A reporting person came by the station to speak to an officer about a situation. They came to file a report Friday for burglary and a criminal trespass was issued. Now that subject keeps driving past the house.
