Middle Trinity Groundwater Conservation District will host an Aquifer Adventure day at the Ditch Water Discovery Center (930 Wolfe Nursery Rd.) next to its office Friday, July 17 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
The free event is open to all ages with families asked to remain with their children.
The event invites guests to explore the hidden world beneath their feet through hands- on activities and interactive stations. Participants will see how groundwater moves, where it is stored and why it matters on the picturesque spot accented with native plant life, pollinators and water zones.
