The Dublin City Park was brimming with western wear Saturday, July 25 as Lilly G hosted a celebration for National Day of the Cowboy.
A number of vehicles and horse trailers were corralled around the park’s RV sites through the day as singers Tim Turnbeaugh and Zack Foster sang some country favorites spanning many decades.
This was followed by a barrel racing event led by the newly-appointed 2026 Lilly G Royalty.
In a pageant under the direction of Sarah Schmitt and sponsored by Alabaster Beauty & Wellness, Rikki Rushfeldt was crowned Lil’ Miss Lilly G Rodeo, Ana Campos was named Miss Lilly G Rodeo and Katie Hudjera was named Ms. Lilly G Rodeo. Helping out at the pageant and barrel racing event was 2026 Brown County Bull Bash Queen Ryleigh Rodriguez. More than 40 riders took a turn in the arena for the race.
