Erath County Grand Jury indicted the following individuals on felony charges March 22. They include: Amy Crystal Brown, 42, driving while intoxicated third or more enhanced (Third Degree felony); Michelle Renee Burris, 46, manufacture or delivery of substance in penalty group one (four grams or more but less than 200 grams) (First Degree felony); Michael Conley Day II, 28, manufacture or delivery of substance in penalty group one (four grams or more but less than 200 grams) (First Degree felony); Shawn Clyde Kennedy, 34, manufacture or delivery of substance in penalty group one (four grams or more but less than 200 grams) (First Degree felony); Maribel Kimmel, 38, Possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram (State Jail felony); Eyli Caden Mendez, 19, deadly conduct discharge firearm (Third Degree felony); Jose Dejesus Ortega-Martinez, 47, driving while intoxicated third or more (Third Degree felony); Marcos Gomez Valle, 18, deadly conduct discharge firearm (Third Degree felony) and Scott Alan Wilkerson, 53, manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1 (one gram or more but less than four grams – enhanced) (Second Degree felony).
