The following individuals were indicted on felony charges Oct. 19 by the Erath County Grand Jury.
Individuals include: Benjamin Levi Cagle, 31, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram (State Jail felony); Shannon Leanne Calhoun, 34, burglary of a building (State Jail felony); Makinnah Amory-Lee Davis, 24, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram (State Jail felony); Jose Jesus Duran, 36, driving while intoxicated, third or more offense (Third Degree felony); Ryan Thomas Estrada, 28, assault family violence occlusion, (Third Degree felony); Christina Lynn Mitchell, 31, driving while intoxicated with child passenger (State Jail felony); Julian Robert Morris, 26, possession of child pornography (Third Degree felony); Flor Karina Ortiz, 27, credit card or debit card abuse (State Jail felony); Brazos McClain Overton, 25, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram (State Jail felony); Jonathan Mitchell Patterson, 41, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle (Third Degree felony); Judy Lynn Roper, 53, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram (State Jail felony); Stephanie Helena Frances Salinas, 28, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram (State Jail felony); Wade Allen Taylor, 28, failure to comply with registration requirements (Third Degree felony); Katrina June Valdez, 46, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram (State Jail felony).
