The following individuals were indicted by the Erath County Grand Jury April 5.
They are: Juan Gabriel Armendariz, 42, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram and possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1 to 4 grams (Third Degree felony); Kendon Dawayne Baker, 36, tampering or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair (Third Degree felony); Bailey Deshae Banda, 24, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4 to 200 grams (Second Degree felony); Diana Gail Blankenship, 46, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1 to 4 grams (Third Degree felony); Wendy Mare Bryant-Frank, 42, theft of property, less than $2,500 with previous convictions (Third Degree felony); Ray Carl Howell, 28, evading arrest/detention with a vehicle (Third Degree felony); Kasey Dale Middleton, 22, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony); Daniel Ridge Smith, 28, DWI 3rd or more (Third Degree felony) and Christopher Allen Tondre, 42, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4 to 200 grams, enhanced (First Degree felony.)
