The following individuals were indicted on felony charges Thursday, Aug. 17 by the Erath Grand Jury.
Individuals indicted include:
■ Hayden Colver Allen, 21, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle (Third Degree felony);
■ Byron Dean Koonsman, 54, deadly conduct discharge of a firearm (Third Degree felony);
■ Porche Dionne Martinez, 31, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony);
■ Mistie Faye Mayes, 35, possession of a substance in penalty group 2, less than one gram (State Jail felony);
■ Juan Antonio Renteria, 49, possession of a substance in penalty group 1B, less than one gram (State Jail felony) and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence (Third Degree felony);
■ Tuesday Renee Robison, 31, driving while intoxicated with a child passenger (State Jail felony) and abandoning or endangering a child (State Jail felony);
■ Heather Joyce Simpson, 37, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram (State Jail felony);
■ Terry De Anthony Smallwood, 19, theft of a firearm (State Jail felony) and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence (Third Degree felony);
■ Christopher Shane Weaver, 31, ten counts of possession or promotion of child pornography (each count is a Second Degree felony).
