The Erath County Grand Jury indicted the following individuals Nov. 9.
Indicted on felony charges are: Jace Wyatt Armour, 19, for possession of a substance in penalty group 1 - more than four grams but less than 200 (Second Degree felony) and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence (Third Degree felony); Chance Carl Bailey, 24, obstruction or retaliation (Third Degree felony); Billy Wade Black, 41, theft – less than $2,500 with two prior convictions (State Jail felony); Dustan Ray Butz, 27, two counts of failure to comply with registration requirements – enhanced (Third Degree felony); Jacob Wayne Gabany, 21, aggravated assaultserious bodily injury (Second Degree felony) and intoxication assault (Third Degree felony); Erick Leslee Park, 40, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle – enhanced (Third Degree felony) Gavan Allan Toahty, 20, assault family violence occlusion (Third Degree felony).
