The Erath County Grand Jury returned 20 indictments on March 4.
They included:
■ Brent Lynn Christian, 41, Burglary of a Building, a state jail felony; Possession of a Substance in Penalty Group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■ Rand Martin Cory, 63, three counts of Assault on a Public Servant, a third-degree felony;
■ Carl Lynn Cox, 50, Driving While Intoxicated (third or more offense, enhanced), a third-degree felony;
■ Coleman Pynes Emerson, 19, Theft of a Firearm, a state jail felony;
■ Ethan Keenon Emerson, 18, Theft of a Firearm, a state jail felony;
■ Chad Michael Fitzgerald, 39, Driving While Intoxicated (third or more offense), a third-degree felony;
■ Carley Danielle Gutierrez, 24, Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, a state jail felony;
■ Blaine Lee LeJeune, 33, Interference with Emergency Request for Assistance (with prior conviction), a state jail felony;
■ Cason Thomas Gene McGarity, Theft of a Firearm, a state jail felony;
■ Anthony Martinez, 50, Failure to Comply with Registration Requirements. a thirddegree felony;
■ Leta May Mott, 54, Possession of a Substance in Penalty Group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■ Phillip Edwin Netherland, 51, Possession of a Substance in Penalty Group 1 (one gram or more but less than four grams), a third-degree felony; Manufacture or Delivery of a Substance in Penalty Group 1 (for grams or more but less than 200 grams), a firstdegree felony; Unlawful Possession of a Firearm;
■ Justin Michael Rue, 33, Driving While Intoxicated (third or more offense), a third-degree felony;
■ Maegan Ruth Tate, 32, Possession of a Substance in Penalty Group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
■ Caitlyn Marie Waltenbaugh, 32, Evading Arrest or Detention (with a vehicle), a third-degree felony;
