Erath County Grand Jury indicted the following individuals Oct. 19 on felony charges.
Indictments include: Billy Hamilton Ancell, 34, for two counts of theft, less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions (State Jail felony);
Ashley Renee Beard, 32, for driving while intoxicated with a child passenger (State Jail felony);
Keith Brian Gesegnet, 49, for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram (State Jail felony); Danny Joe Hallman, 37, driving while intoxicated, 3rd or more (Third Degree felony); Warren Blu Harper, 40, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, one gram or more but less than four grams (Third Degree felony);
James Holland Joslin, 20, manufacturing or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1, four grams or more but less than 200 grams (First Degree felony); Justin William Murphy, 21, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram (State Jail felony);
Robert Cartwright Myers, 58, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, one gram or more but less than four grams, enhanced (Third Degree felony); Jose Macario Ortiz, 40, possession of a substance in penalty group one, one gram or more but less than four grams (Third Degree felony);
Margarita Bianca Padilla, 44, for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, one gram or more but less than four grams (Third Degree felony); Christopher Lee Rhymer, 50, theft of metal, less than $20,000 (State Jail felony); Tyler Scott Sims, 32, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram (State Jail felony) and
Jose Guadalupe Villanueva-Rivera, 50, for two counts of manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group one, four grams or more but less than 200 grams (First Degree felony).
