Bradley Chance Cadenhead, 17, possession or promotion of child pornography (counts 1-9) Second Degree felony; Huey Lynn Goodman, 54, driving while intoxicated (3rd or more) enhanced Third Degree felony; Eric Edward James, 44, driving while intoxicated (3rd or more) enhanced Third Degree felony; Brittany Rashell Jury, 27, forgery by making – State Jail felony; Ileana Bernice Lopez-Rocha, 35, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (four grams or more, but less than 200 grams) – Second Degree felony; Gilber Montesdeoca, 21, possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram) – State Jail felony; James Aaron Rogers, 34, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram) – State Jail felony; Yvonne Judith Rosales, 43, driving while intoxicated (third or more) Third Degree felony; Zachary Rex Simpson, 33, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram) State Jail felony; Edwin Lee Snow, 58, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram) – State Jail felony; Jacob Juan Villalpando, 23, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon – Second Degree felony; Samuel Eugene Woods, 56, possession of a substance in penalty group one (less than one gram) enhanced – State Jail felony.
