The Erath County Grand Jury indicted the following individuals on charges Wednesday, May 17. They include: John Russell Cole Jr., 30, burglary of a habitation – enhanced (Second Degree felony); Carmela Delacruz, 32, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (one gram or more, but less than four grams) (Third Degree felony); Alan Domiko Facio, 34, , possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (one gram or more, but less than four grams) (Third Degree felony) and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence (Third degree felony); Tatiana Gonzalez-Aguila, 46, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram) (State Jail felony); Julio Cesar Hernandez-Perez, 39, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram (State Jail felony); Ileana Lopez-Rocha, 36, , possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (one gram or more, but less than four grams) (Third Degree felony) and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence (Third Degree felony); Kevin Perez, 23, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram) (State Jail felony); Jose Ochoa Pesina, 46, theft (less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions) (State Jail felony); Christopher Santoya, 42, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (four grams or more but less than 200 grams – enhanced) (Second Degree felony) and Christopher Shane Weaver, 30, for three counts of possession or promotion of child pornography (Second Degree felonies.)
