The Erath County Grand Jury indicted the following individuals Jan. 4 on felony charges.
They include: Raul Chavez, 30, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (Second Degree felony); Domonique Joy Hoskins, 27, driving while intoxicated with child passenger (State Jail felony); Matthew Christian Tankersley, 20, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 less than one gram (State Jail felony); Roland Kyle Temple, 35, robbery enhanced (Second Degree felony); Amanda Lee Ybarra, 37, theft less than $2,500 with two prior convictions (State Jail felony).
