GOOD. Water stained; 52-54 degrees; 8.73 feet below pool. Black bass to 11.53 pounds are good on green pumpkin jigs tipped with Hags Baits green pumpkin/blue in 4-12 feet of water on rock piles and points, or chatterbaits around the shoreline in 2-8 feet of water. Crappie are slow around the docks and brush piles on minnows in 10-15 feet of water. White bass are good on crankbaits and small jigs. Catfish are slow at baited holes.

GOOD. Water lightly stained; 52 degrees; 0.08 feet below pool. Water temperatures have fallen into the lower 50s and winter strategies are in full force. Striped bass are good to 10 pounds on swimbaits fished from Western Hills to Hunter Park. Some striped bass are being caught under the birds near Decordova. Sand bass are fair to good, 3-pound fish, on 3-inch soft plastics fished in the same areas as the striped bass. Largemouth bass are good in numbers near main lake points and in the river working laydowns near channel bends. Big blue and yellow catfish are good on the upper ends on cut-bait fished on shallow flats off the main channel. Crappie are also good on small jigs worked on submerged structures from Holiday Estates to Water’s Edge.

KINGDOM

FAIR. Water clear; 51-55 degrees; 1.26 feet below pool. Striper fishing is good and live bait continues to be the best method to land catches, but a few can be caught using deadstick methods. The fish are schooled up but on the move in 30-40 feet of water. The fish are on the move and will not stay under the boat long. Sand bass are fair to good with small slabs and small jigs are the way to go but some can be caught using small live bait also. Chartreuse, white, and silver are good colors. Catfish are good on cut shad in 2-10 feet of water. Some can be caught using jug lines on cut shad. Water clarity is steady at 4-8 feet of visibility.

PROCTOR

FAIR. Water stained; 60 degrees; 12.81 feet below pool. Bass can be caught slowly working crankbaits. Catfish can be caught drifting stink bait or cut bait. Crappie are hitting minnows and jigs in open water and on brush.

WEATHERFORD

SLOW. Water stained; 51 degrees; 7.30 feet below pool. Crappie are fair and should improve as fish finally move into the crappie house. Bass are slow, with a few catches in 15-20 feet of water. Catfish are fair with live or cut shad in deep water. Water visibility is 1 foot.
