Fireworks illegal in city limits

Just a reminder, though Erath County is not in a burn ban, fireworks are illegal to discharge both inside Dublin and Stephenville city limits.

Violations may result in citations, fines or criminal charges.

If fires from fireworks result in catching someone's property on fire, you can be held responsible for the loss of that property.

'Help keep our community safe and enjoy fireworks at the park,' Stephenville Police Department said.
