The Erath County Grand Jury indicted the following individuals on felony charges Nov. 16.
They include: Raquel Garcia, 40, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram) (State Jail felony); Charles Phillip Gregory, 41, driving while intoxicated (3rd or more) (Third Degree felony); Justin Lee Hankins, 33, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram) (State Jail felony); Leroy Henry Jones, 63,possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram) (State Jail felony); Christopher Michael Jury, 51, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram) (State Jail felony); Eduardo G. Mori, 65, possession of a substance in penalty group 1-B (less than 1 gram) (State Jail felony); Jay Robert Nordley, 64, driving while intoxicated 3rd or more (Third Degree felony); Luis Ochoa, 21, possession of a substance in penalty group 2, one gram or more but less than 4 grams ( Third Degree felony); Lesli Jane Ramsey, 44, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram) (State Jail felony); Javone Douglas Rawls, 34, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram) (State Jail felony); Cleofas John Ruiz, 58, driving while intoxicated, third or more, enhanced (Third Degree felony); David Andrew Skoog, 51, four counts of possession or promotion of child pornography with previous conviction (Second Degree felonies) and possession of a substance in penalty group 2 (four grams or more but less than 400 grams, enhanced) (Second degree felony); Nathaniel Wade Zeller, 23, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle (Third Degree felony) and possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram) (State Jail felony).
