The Erath County Grand Jury returned 17 indictments on Nov. 10.
They included:
Hakeem Ismaaeel Abdulrahim, 20, online solicitation of a minor, a second-degree felony;
Travis Lee Allen, 41, credit card or debit card abuses, a state jail felony;
Samuel Tabor Bates, 22, burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony;
Dustie Lee Been, 21, burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony;
Dylan Rex Bramhall. 21, burglary of a building, a state jail felony;
Jayton Shea England, 18, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony;
Becky Jo Looper, 34, theft ($30,000 or more but less than $150,000; aggregated), a thirddegree felony;
Jairo Alejandro Lujan-Sanchez, 23, assault (family violence, by occlusion), a third-degree felony;
William Gregory Jones Jr., 30, theft ($30,000 or more but less than $150,000, aggregated), a third-degree felony; burglary of a building, a state jail felony; theft ($2,500 or less, with two prior convictions), a state jail felony; theft (less than $300,000, ATM), a second-degree felony;
Kevin Austin Parker, 27, manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1 (one gram or more but less than four grams), a seconddegree felony;
Ryan Gage Smith, 23, manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1 (one gram or more but less than four grams, a seconddegree felony;
Eugene Sparks III, 25, burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony;
Daymon Lamont Tarkington, 24, manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1 (four grams or more but less than 200 grams), a first-degree felony; manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1 (one gram or more but less than four grams), a seconddegree felony;
