Recent grand jury indictments include: Brandon Jacob Aguirre, 37, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram (State Jail felony); Becky Lisa Anthony, 43, possession of a substance in penalty group one – one gram or more but less than four grams (Third Degree felony); Wendy Mare Bryant-Frank, 41, theft less than $2,500 with two prior convictions (State Jail felony); Cathlene Cicle Callahan, 36, manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1B – one gram or more but less than four grams enhanced (Second Degree felony); Rachel Katherine Daddesio, 36, driving while intoxicated, third or more (Third Degree felony); Lisa Ellen Daniel, 54, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram (State Jail felony); Jordan Lashaey Davis, 33, for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram (State Jail felony); Lori Ann Forbes, 52, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence (Third Degree felony) and possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram (State Jail felony); Charles Phillip Gregory Jr., 54, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram (State Jail felony); Jesse Wayne Griego, 38, driving while intoxicated, third or more (Third Degree felony); Katelynn Elizabeth James, 23, credit card or debit card abuse (State Jail felony); Areed Javed Khan, 22, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram (State Jail felony); Lita D’Ann Mills, 29, possession of a substance in penalty group one, one gram or more but less than four grams (Third Degree felony); Sean Joseph Parrack, 51, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, one gram or more but less than four grams (Third Degree felony); Billy Wayne Pound, 56, manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1, one gram or more but less than four grams (Second Degree felony); Angel Richard Prado, 33, manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1, four grams or more but less than 200 grams – enhanced (First Degree felony); Duane Lee Ray II, 44, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, four grams or more but less than 200 grams - enhanced (Second Degree felony); Elizabeth Mariah Tucker, 25, forgery by passing (State Jail felony); Richard Lee Wheeler, 57, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than one gram ( State Jail felony) and possession of a substance in penalty group 1 –less than one gram enhanced (State Jail felony).
According to District Attorney Alan Nash, in the shooting death of Jesse Rollins, no charges have been filed against Marcus Anderson and none are anticipated.
The case was referred to the Erath County Grand Jury after an investigation was completed by the Texas Rangers.
