The following individuals have been indicted by the Erath County Grand Jury on Thursday, May 21.
They are: Brandon Nathaniel Arndt, 38, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, enhanced (Third Degree felony) and possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams, enhanced (Second Degree felony); Crystal Lee Bates, 36, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Cindy Flores, 48, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram, enhanced (State Jail felony); Amber Marie Gregory, 34, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Zachary Alan Hinds, 34, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Raegan Michelle Johnson, 23, harassment of a public servant (Third Degree felony); Thomas Maurice Johnson, 42, manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Second Degree felony); Dean Allen Lewis, 40, two counts of failure to comply with registration requirements (Third Degree felonies); Francisco Leyva, 59, theft $2,500 to $30,000 (State Jail felony), forgery $2,500 to $30,000 (Third Degree felony), fraudulent use or possession of identifying info, more than five items (State Jail felony), forgery $750 to $2,500 (State Jail felony), theft $2,500 to $30,000 (State Jail felony) and theft, more than $300,000 (First Degree felony); Christopher Dale Maberry, 39, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Norris Star McAnally, 43, possession of a substance in penalty group, 1-4 grams (Third Degree felony); Mark David Newton, 54, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams (Second Degree felony); Trevor Allen Riley Sellers, 24, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, less than 1 gram (State Jail felony) and prohibited substance in correctional facility (Third Degree felony); Racheal Renee Wilborn, 44, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, 4-200 grams (Second Degree felony).
