  • Dublin Lions Club traveled to Kerrville on Friday to the Texas Lions Camp to serve root beer floats to handicapped campers, their families and the staff at the camp. About 180 people were served. Thanks to Dublin Bottling Works, Dublin Dairy Queen and Blue Sky Farms for their help in making this public service work possible. This Saturday, the Lions Club will be serving hot dogs at the Dublin library for the back to school event and to celebrate the end of the summer reading program. | submitted photo
