The City-Wide Garage Sale is returning to Dublin on May 27-28 , giving Dubliners a chance to sell unwanted items right before the city hosts the popular Dublin Clean city-wide clean up on June 3.
Dublin residents signing up for the garage sale will not have to pay the use permit fee and if they sign up by 5 p.m. Friday, May 19, they will be added to a map to be provided by the city and Dublin Citizen. (Residents can still have a garage sale even if they are not on the map.)
Those wishing to register for the garage sale can call city hall at (254) 445-3331 during office hours (Monday –Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.).
The Dublin Clean Up will follow on June 3, offering residents the opportunity to get rid of garage sale leftovers and other unneeded items.
Plans are to once again allow drop off in the 100 block of North Park Street next to the library. More information on the Dublin Clean event will be provided in coming weeks.
