School Board Member Bob Cervetto presented a Footprint legacy award for Big Eddie Hernandez, a high school student who passed away last year but left a lasting impression on the community. Accepting the award was Elijah Gonzales a family friend of Eddie. Right top, Dublin EMS accepted a Spotlight on Excellence award presented for their dedication to the community over the past year. Right, Police Chief Cameron Ray, Detective Nanci Wilson and Officer Kristi Bonilla accepted a Spotlight on Excellence Award given to the department for their dedication to Dublin over the past year. The fire department also received a Spotlight award but were unable to attend the banquet. All of the Spotlight awards were presented by City Manager Bobby Mendez.
