Lions Club sponsoring raffle
Dublin Lions Club is offering a prize package in a raffle to be given away during their annual Irish Stampede June 10.
The big package includes a $150 gift card for meat from Thompson’s Processing; a cooler from Higginbotham’s and a new Lions grill designed and constructed by Jar Head Construction Co. Tickets are $5 each or five tickets for $20. Tickets can be purchased from Club President Daniel Smith at 254-977-3229 or from members Raymond Salinas, Melissa Summers, Bill Rodriguez, David Cleveland, Steve Hightower or Mac McKinnon.
Time to register for run
Dublin Lions Club is once again planning their annual Irish Stampede for the second Saturday in June.
This will be the 22nd annual run in celebration of Dairy Month set for June 10 at 7:30 a.m. for the 10K and 5K with a 2K to follow completion of the longer runs.
Cost to register is $25 until June 1 and $30 after that. This race begins on North Park alongside the Dublin Public Library. Race packets can be picked up on Friday night or on Saturday morning starting at 5:30 a.m. prior to the race.

Pecan Cemetery meeting Monday
The annual meeting of the Pecan Cemetery will be held at 10:30 on Memorial Day, May 29th, 2023 under the pavilion at the cemetery. After a memorial message, a short business meeting will follow. No lunch will be served but coffee and donuts will be provided.
