Presentation for treatment on metabolic failures

There will be a presentation at the First Baptist Church in Dublin at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21 on treatment for metabolic failures including diabetes type 1 and type 2 and prediabetes.

The infusion treatment uses an approach in which insulin is administered as a hormone rather than a drug, addressing the primary cause of diabetes, being metabolic failure. By using insulin in a manner that biomimics normal physiology, insulin resistance may be reduced which helps blood sugar more readily enter each cell and be converted into energy. Treatment plans are physician-directed. Call 254-434-2559 for more information.

Treatments are available at Texas Outpatient & Infusion Center located at 2283 Northwest Loop, Stephenville, TX.
