More than 150 local dogs and cats were vaccinated by Dennis Reed and Jacy Bingham of Dublin Veterinary Clinic during the annual Rabies Clinic on April 18 at Bradberry’s Best. City Secretary Melissa Minor reported a total of 52 pets registered with the city as free registrations were offered to pet owners within the city limits during the event. Free chili dogs were also served by Bradberry’s Best as pets and owners waited in line. Although not a historic high, involvement was more than double last year and clear growth from recent years as vehicles lined the parking lot to the former Hitchin’ Post building.
