Shoup service set

A funeral service for Noel Shoup, World War II veteran and 1936 Dublin High School graduate, has been set for 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 11 at Green’s Creek Baptist followed with a burial at Green’s Creek Cemetery. The public is invited to both the service and burial. Noel’s remains were recently returned to his family from France after being missing for many years.

A processional will be held either Friday, Sept. 1or Friday, Sept. 9.
