Revitalize Dublin, recent named a 501(c)3 nonprofit, will have its first major fundraiser Saturday, April 27 at Backwoods Bar & Grill with doors opening at 3 p.m.

Although there will be no cover charge, donations will be accepted to support RD and its efforts of making Dublin a more inviting place to work, live and visit.

The fundraiser will feature live music by One Headlight, who will perform rock favorites from the ‘90s starting at 7 p.m.

Those in attendance can also support the organization while picking up some great donated items in the silent auction.

“We’ve got some good silent auction items [including a] three nights stay in a cabin in Whitefish, Montana; a digital billboard media package, photography gift certificates and lots of other goodies from local businesses,” said Revitalize Dublin’s Lori Beggs.

Backwoods will serving up food and beer for the event and if the weather is good, organizers are discussing setting up a mechanical bull and cornhole games.

Guys can also raise money while earning bragging rights during the ‘Mr. Legg’ sexiest legs contest.
