Christmas Kindness launched

A teen gives up their Christmas presents to rescue a dog from the Humane Society. Volunteers set aside their own Christmas Day to provide a meal for the needy. A child begs to adopt an Angel off of a local Angel tree.

All of these acts are an example of Christmas Kindness and we know Dublin and the surrounding area is full of kind people, especially this time of year.

We want to share these acts, either by those who perform the acts of kindness or those who receive them, in the newspaper to make the holidays just a little brighter.

Do you have an act of kindness to share? Text 903-268-7034 or email composing@dublincitizen. com. All acts will be published anonymously on a weekly basis.

"My random act of kindness is for the anonymous man who dropped off $200 for the angel tree. He didn’t want to be recognized, but wanted to make Christmas better for a child."

"I saw a volunteer firefighter washing truck after truck to make them sparkle before the Christmas parade!"
