Kingdom Threads Winter Giveaway Saturday
Kingdom Threads will be hosting its winter giveaway Saturday, Oct. 21 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The event will be hosted at 201 N. Camden Street in conjunction with First Baptist Church of Dublin.

Comanche Museum offers Sports Heroes Day
The Comanche County Historical Museum is excited to announce a 1st Annual Comanche County Sports Heroes Day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21.
There will be outdoor contests; a DVD indoors of past heroes; and special invited guests: professional rodeo bull riders and Members of the Championship Comanche High School 1951 and 1998 Girls Basketball State Winners; as well as a NFL/CFL former player. Memorabilia of an MLB pitcher.
There will be fun for the whole family. The museum is located at 402 Moorman Road and can be reached at 325-356-5115.
Dublin Safe Trick-or-Treat set for Oct. 31
The Dublin Chamber of Commerce is welcoming all businesses and goblins and ghouls to get their trick-or-treat on in downtown Dublin starting at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31.
Any nondowntown businesses that wish to have a spot downtown to hand out candy can contact the chamber The event is open to all ages.
