Hometown Heroes Boxing Tournament, presented by Stephenville Boxing Club and sanctioned by USA Boxing, will be held Saturday, Feb. 10, at 1 p.m. in the main gym of Henderson Junior High in Stephenville.
The tournament will provide live boxing entertainment, local fighters as well as competitors from all over Texas, food and merchandise vendors, and will recognize a few local “Hometown Heroes” from the community based on nominations from Erath County community members.
Additionally, a table will be set up collecting donations for the Monk Strong Foundation, started in honor of Stephenville’s late hometown hero, Justin Monk, a veteran Marine and ER nurse who tragically lost his battle to cancer in 2023. The Monk Strong Foundation benefits cancer patients and their families.
Join us for a fun day of boxing and tributes to some of the wonderful heroes that make Erath County such a wonderful place to call home!
Tickets for purchase at the door: Kids 5 and under are free!
General Admission is $10/person. Ringside seating available for $20/ person.
