Hico’s Bobby Kerr racked up another honor recently when his trained mustang specialty rodeo act was again named Specialty Act of the Year by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association i n Las Vegas. Kerr’s act includes horses sitting in the back seat of an old car Kerr built himself, jumping over the car on horseback, trained dogs and other creative stunts.
Hico Tiger senior football players Reese Polk, Erick Zendejas and Brendon Taylor were all named to the Texas UIL Academic All-State football team.
