Ride packs in even more fun

Bike riders were in town for the annual Tour de Agua bike ride, which drew in 347 riders across its four courses, ranging from nine miles to 66 miles.

Organizer Brandynn Stanford reported that the event (which also featured live music, fresh food and fun at Dublin Bottling Works’ Celebration Park) raised a little more than $15,000 for Kids Across Cultures in its goal of providing safe water for children in need around the world.

Costs for the ride were covered by sponsors, meaning that all the funds raised can go toward the KAC ministry.
