Trafficking suspect nabbed in Dublin

Ronnie Clayton, 48, was arrested by Dublin PD on Sunday on a warrant for human trafficking out of Comanche County.

Dublin Police Chief Bobby Mendez said his department was notified of Clayton because Comanche authorities knew he was in Dublin.

Dublin PD stopped him at Hogan’s Alley. At the time of his arrest, officers found a gram-and-a-half of methamphetamine on his person, leading to charges for the warrant as well as possession of of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 (more than one gram but less than four).

Bonds were set at $75,000 for the trafficking charge and $10,000 for the possession charge.
