Schools closed to fight flu

Dublin ISD schools will be closed Thursday, Friday and Monday while staff combat flu with hospital grade disinfectants, incorporating foggers.

Although the district has seen a large number of cases, DISD is taking these steps to be proactive in fighting the virus before illnesses reaches numbers reported by some nearby districts.

Monday was already set as a staff development day but teachers will also get that day off during sterilization.
